We are excited to welcome you to the 18th edition of the Helse Førde Relay. Experience the great atmosphere at the start and finish at the hospital in Førde, and join the fun run, the rocket course, one of the children's races, or a team in the relay. The main course consists of 6 legs and is 5.5 kilometers long, and there will also be children's races and a variety of activities for the audience. The relay starts at 6:30 PM, and everyone can participate, either as runners or supporters.
